Sukhothai and Sri Satchanalai Historical Parks

In the morning, we set out for a full day exploration of the crown jewel of Thai historic sites, ancient Sukhothai. Start your tour by visiting the Sukhothai Historical Park followed by a visit to the Sri Satchanalai Historical Park. Lunch will be served at the Pailyn Hotel. During the thirteenth and fourteenth centuries, Sukhothai was the centre of the Golden Age of Thai civilization. During this period, religion, art and architecture flourished in the region. Over 45 square kilometres of this city have been preserved in a historical park. Most of the sites are accessed by motorized vehicles but a few can also be visited by bicycle during the late afternoon or sunset hours.
